Can't believe you carr...That's incredible. Can't believe you carried those pounds and never got diabetes. I have my first diabetes complication which is a very sore shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). I had PT on it this am and now all these exercises to try and get more range of movement back in my arm. I know I need to keep going to gym and am still working out ways - that do not include going before work in the morning! not a good early a.m. person! Only getting to the gym 2 times a week instead of my normal 3. I eat more carefully when I know I'm deficient on exercise.
